Csaba Schönstein is the founder and CEO of Agilobo Consulting. He has started his career as a developer, so he speaks the language of programmers and understands the daily challenges of IT teams at all levels. Today he brings over ten years of hands-on experience leading enterprise level transformations across the automotive, baking, financial services, telecommunications, oil, and robotics industries.

Since 2020, he is also a guest lecturer and the prestigious Eötvös Lorand University (ELTE), teaching the subject "Organizational Performance".

Réka Sarudi is a communications experts with over ten years of experience in internal communication and B2B marketing helping leaders turn complex ideas into clear messages that spark actions. Drawing on experience across aviation, SaaS, telco, financial services, and the public sector, she coaches executives to communicate with confidence—on stage, on camera, and in the boardroom. Her approach blends data‑driven insight with storytelling that cuts through noise, helping leaders articulate their vision, engage stakeholders, and connect with their audiences at every level.
